Who called from 2089177039

Just received a call from this number.  Only rang twice and I did not answer.  No message was left.  Will add to the ever growing list of "blocked" numbers.

Kept ringing for a long time until I finally answered. No response. This is some type of fishing scam to see what phones actually get answered.

I received a call this morning from 208-917-7039, did not leave a message and it interrupts my busy morning.  I am on a do not call list.  But it seems not everybody has to follow the rules.

Rang once. No message. Now set to auto-ignore.
