One ring on my cell today as previously reported.  No message.  Strongly suspect robot call spoofed to come from an Idaho number.  Black listed.

This number has been calling others in tandem with a different number from mexico as of late February 2016. It's a scam to see if your number is active. Best to add to reject or block list.
And to the poster above who said he won, you are part of the problem. You are either gullible, or lying. There is no prize.
