Call starts off asking if I have a favorable opinion of Obama. Supposedly a survey, but really a political push poll, and on a do-not-call-listed number. Have reported to the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/donotcall/#howtocomplain
Got a call this afternoon, same survey idea others listed. Unfortunately this type of polling is not illegal. They run phone book checks and pull random numbers. I had an entire class about how to develop opinion polls. So unless your phone number is completely unlisted they can call. Other times it is random dialing for numbers. It doesnt make sense and it is annoying, but unfortunately not illegal.
