Calls several times, leaves no message
I called it back, its a collection agency, IC Systems.
ComEd was the client they called me about, but could be any outstanding debt
I answered the phone - there was a pause - I know what an auto dialler sounds like having worked in this field. It was assigned to a rep who immediately went clickity click on the computer and the line went dead.
I guess whoever it is isn't interested in even trying.
