Calls several times, leaves no message
I called it back, its a collection agency, IC Systems.
ComEd was the client they called me about, but could be any outstanding debt
It's IC System, since they started calling and I then proceed to screen their calls. They have changed their number a handful of times. Today alone they called from two different numbers.
I don't know who these people are but I am in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and have told IC System. They still insist on calling me 5 or 6 times a day from several different numbers.
Confirmed IC Systems in Boise ID, claim they gather, improve and help build relationships. I think they are skip tracers, trying to locate people for creditors, and may even have technology to pin point your location via gps on cell phones.
