Call blocked on my cell phone by Mr. Number app because this # is not in my contacts list. From other comments on this forum it appears I did not miss a call of any importance....
Got this call this morning. 2 rings. Reverse Lookup shows it is a landline from Oakdale, California through Pac West Telecomm. If I wanted to pay for the service, I could have found out who owns the line. At this point, they aren't worth it.
Received 2 calls from 209-208-6142. I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number, but returned the call with my number blocked to find out. The lady said I was to received a 100$ gift card, a 25$ american express card and a 75$ rebate card. I asked who the rebate was from, and she said the it was from one of the 800 national retailers that they work with. I said "oh, ok then". She then asked for my name, as I was suspicious, I told her my first name, but made up a different last name. (she had asked 2-3 times prior for my name as well) . As soon as I gave her the name, she hung up.
got a call about 7:30pm my time called it back it said Hi my name is Julie with Reward Redemption we are calling because you just recently visited one of our reward repetition websites and you could possible win a $1000.00 Walmart gift card. Press 1 to clam your reward press 2 to be put on our do not call list i press 2 and well we will see what happens.
