I got a call from this number wanting to make a deal to reduce my credit card interest rate.  I held until a human came on the line and then I whistled loudly into the handset.  That was the end of that.  Normally I wouldn't have been so rude, but these people call me at least once every week and enough is enough.

Received a call from 209-220-1930.  Didn't answer and no voicemail was left.
