I just called this number back out of curiosity to see what would happen. The first thing it said was if I wanted to be put on their do not call list to press 1, so I did, and was told it would take 2 hours for my number to be removed from their system.
Same thing for me. An automated message saying I need to lower my credit card rates and the offer was going to expire. I knew this was a scam because I don't have any credit cards. 209-220-1930 caller ID reads Wireless Caller from Fresno, CA.
You guys need to realize the people at these places are hard working people that are looking for a job. The criminals are the idiots that own these places and pay these people little money. Blowing horns yelling at them makes you a bigger [***] then the people calling you. Cut the poor person a break. Be nice and see what info they will give you to report the company to FTC.
