Just got a call from this number offering lower interest rates on my credit card. No specifics as to which card (of course), which was the second red flag; the first was the greeting -- a plain "hello"
Same thing as Steve, shown above. Made a complaint since both home and cell are listed in Do Not Call Registry. You don't get to use MY cell phone minutes calling me trying to scam me.
Called, didn't answer, no message left of course. I just went through hell with another company that would not stop calling, but finally got that taken care of. Here comes another.
Automated recording telling me than there was no problem with my credit card but they needed to talk with me about lowering my interest rate since i pay my bills on time. Pressed #1 to talk to a rep. and she wanted to start with my credit card with the highest balance. I declined and told her I was not caring my cards with me then when she asked me about my Master Card I knew she did not know what she was talking about. I figured it was an scam and googled to find out. She only told me it was a data center for my cards and I would not be able to call them back, they would have to contact me at another time. Ignor the calls, I should
have.
