Who called from 2092376613

These people keep calling me saying I'm approved for a big loan. Gave me a verification number and password but they said I have to send in so and so amount to verify that I can make that monthly payment. Does this sound like a scam to y'all I'm pretty suspicious

It  is ILLEGAL to have to pay in order to get a loan, grant or prize.  Hang up on the thieves.
