Received the same call as you did. Apparently the person they're supposedly looking for had this number at inert time. Definitely a scam due to the fact the number they're calling from is a spoofed one because the incoming call showed as my home number.

Automated dialing system with very poor Text to Speech software. Shows from Lodi, CA. Says it is pre- trial processing and they have an order for 2 allegations to be filed against me with the County Office. It goes on to say they will pursue me at my place or employment and my residence! It often pauses to offer you option to press 0 and speak to a representative. Recorded call also states you have opportunity to resolve this with the plaintiff out of court if you contact them before the 'find' you.
I've never in my life been to Lodi nor have I ever had business there. All my #'s are on the National Do Not Call Registry. They never state any organization or company name either. Of course I know if this were a legitimate complaint I would be receiving an official notification via US Mail or Registered Mail, not some random poor quality auto dialer system.
I've no intention of calling them as this is clearly some sort of scam.

Received the same call at work. It is scary to hear that "they" will find you and then you will waive your rights to settle out of court. The message does not state what company this is for. Was already involved in a payday loan scam back in April. Paid $900 because I was told I was going to be arrested. When I called back to get a paid receipt the # was no longer in service. 1 1/2 months later received another call from a different company saying the exact same thing. Did my research that time and found out that it was a scam. I HATE THESE PEOPLE!!!
I received the same call and they actually called my boss at my job. But I can't ever get in touch with them to find out what it is about. They even tried sending paperwork to me but it's not business related so my job would not accept it. I have never had a payday loan.
Got this call while away. I've had a lot of these in the near past, since moving, and I block them on my phone. Lots of people out there trying to scam.
