Scam saying to call this number, final notice, being sued from IRS.

Yes this is a scam from 209-243-6009.  Believe me this is not how the IRS contacts you.  The final notice is also always in writing.  Believe me, the IRS is not calling you - you call them and wait on hold lol.

Message said IRS filing lawsuit call immediately

Thanks to all of you who posted regarding scam! got the same voice message and freaked out!

i just called a call from 607.625.9910.  they left an automated vm saying it's the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against me.  said to call them back ASAP at 209.243.6009.
