income tax scam. Got a call on my voice mail from this number located in Waterford, CA saying that IRS is filing suit against me for unpaid tax. Totally false. Of course, I did not return the call and deleted it
I Received a phone call from someone whom said they were from IRS (209)330-1165 from California , with a final call from a voice mail with the above phone number saying I was being sued for false information being filed on my taxes, when I told the gentleman i already have an allotment for what I owe, next thing I heard was a dial tone, apparently I didnt give him the information he was trying to get from me
