Found em! It's a telecommunication company. Seems they're doing automated calling.

The sad part is just because they are dialing California telephone numbers, doesn't mean they are getting someone in CA. I just got woken up at 1am this morning. I'll be reporting them!!!

i sit at a front desk for a media sales business and have received about 100 calls a day for the past week from this number. i called the Pac-West HQ and got ahold of someone who 1. spoke english and 2. actually said they would do something about it. now the question is if they will DO the thing they said they will.

I called the main number at Pac-West and reported the call to my cell phone and explained to them that my number is on the do not call list.  The woman politely explained that this number is one of their customers and they had received multiple complaints about calls.  She said she would forward it on FWIW...

Got a call from this number on my cell a few minutes ago at 6:52pm EST. I picked up on the second ring and it was an automated voice speaking spanish but it seemed be at the end of the prompt.

Interesting indeed.
