Who called from 2094560363

Scam related to credit services/interest rate.

Called my cell phone but left no message. I promptly blocked it.

I am on a do not call list and they called my cell phone. I didn't answer.They did not leave a message.  When I called their number my carrier provider said that the number I had dialed had been changed, disconnected, or no longer in service.
I looked up information on the phone number and all I could find was scammer.
