Caller says my files are corrupted on my computer... mentioned that he was calling from Windows Support Centre.
As soon as he mentioned that, I told him that we only have Apple in this household... he stuttered a couple times & I told him that he must have the wrong number and hung up.

I just got the same exact call!
The caller had an slight British accent. He started the call off mentioning he wanted to speak with me about the corrupted files on my computer. He didn't say who he was with, so I asked what he was calling about again and he said the same thing, and when I asked where he's calling from, he said he's from the State Department of California.
When I asked who he was looking for, he just read my phone number and said he wanted to speak with the main holder of the number. That's when I confirmed it was spam and hung up on him.
