They call from all sorts of numbers, 828-212-4459, 828-394-0144, are the last 2 they've used. If it's a legit company, which I seriously doubt, the employees are highly un-professional. How many real businesses answer a company phone with "Hello?" and by they sound of the voices have only 2 employees.
Obviously some phishing or scam attempt and a web search of "UVR", which they say their name, doesn't even find any such business.
Just for fun I call them back using per call blocking. They waste my time so I waste some of theirs.

Just called this number back
480-339-0427 as they didn't leave a message so I made sure I did *67 so they couldn't see my number. They answered uvr about a va loan but they couldn't help me because my number didn't register and asked me to call them back on the phone number they called me on. Whatever. I didn't get the impression that this was legit and couldn't find this company listed on the internet.
Received a call from 480-339-0427, claiming to be the "Federal Benefits Center". I asked if they were a government agency and they replied "no, but we offer information about refinancing FHA loans".
