this is a # from a "loan comp" saying i was approved. i looked up said loan comp & the #s did not match. i called this # @ 2am & got a vm. i also called 209-643-0536, from the ssame "loan comp." the magic jack customer i called was not available. i could leave a msg--i left one word: BUSTED!
this is one scam i`ve come across. the other is this same man, calling from diff #s w diff names, saying i or my atty needed to call "NOW--OR ELSE!!" i haven`t called nor have i gotten an "OR ELSE" since the calls started in may, 2012.
these ppl call all day long, so i set my default ringer to `no ring.` if a legitimate caller needs me, i will make the decision to call after listening to the vm. it`s better than phone ringing every 2 hrs!!

this number called me and left a message, saying I needed to contact them because they "have a warrant out for my arrest." I laughed. Deleted the message.
