I received at least two calls from these people. They claim I took out a short term loan from them and I didn't. I did take out one of these loans because the credit rating agencies said I need more recent credit experience on my record but it was not with Easy Cash International, USA. The company I am working with and I are in full communication with each other, I think. They in fact deposited the money we agreed to as a loan amount a few weeks ago and took out their required fee this past Friday from my bank account. I have received what amounts to at least fifty offers from all kinds of companies offering these short term, payday, ect. loans but not Easy Cash International, USA, according to my research.
I have every intention of paying my due obligations. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything at this time. They just may have gotten their information wrong.

This non english speaking guy told me he was with a law firm and if i didnt give him debit card number he would have the police at my house in 10 minutes to arrest me for theft. I have NEVER taken out a loan payday or otherwise. Im 16! told him where he could go and gave him directions!!
Very similar issue as with Jack Brown Jr, only in my case I never completed any transactions and to those getting this scam relax…other then having our name and phone number it appears they are at a loss without actual pin numbers or bank routing information.
The internet is certainly not a safe place and this is the one time and only time I ever even looked at such sites as pay day loans. It is obvious with the script they are reading from the intent is to intimidate a person into providing them the information. Trouble is this time they have contacted someone affiliated with law enforcement. A little luck and yes we will nab theses guys.
I also received a call from this number today and was informed that I had taken out a payday loan with the company called Easy Cash International and the same phone number (209)243-0108. The first guy who left me the message english was so bad that I had replay the message four times. I knew that it was bogust due to the fact that they said the loan was given in January 2011. I have been unemployed since August of 2007. No one would give me a loan due to no income. These people need to be stopped and I that they have found the right person. I will be contacting a government agency that deals with fraud and extorations.
I too recieved a call from this number and they left what seemed to be a very intimidating meesage. When I returned the called after several attempts I got the same info that I solicited an online payday advance from Easy Checking who is just a parent company and rather than chasing me for money they opted to press charges for check fraud. This guy, who's english was also bad, claimed he was from a law group and also claimed he was reading from an affidavit and supposedly I would be served with a supoena to appear in court by the following Monday morning. I reviewed my records and there is no such transaction ever being made. These crooks need to be stoped!
