Who called from 2096768620

This is a person who professes to be from Microsoft Windows.  I was scammed and he wants a payment from me.

Yes...I got it one today...His name: Frank Ross from Las-Angels..
I asked him to speak to his supervisor.

they said there was hackers accessing my computer taking bank info,they have Satellite to monitor the net.

He told me to access below site and download a file....I new his attention and told him let me speak to his supervisor.. I asked his supervisor to go in to google.com and search what is my ip then he re lazied what is going....Supervisor changed his language to Indian language then English.  I used my own Language too and he hangup the phone on me.
