They say they are the IRS and that they are filing suit against you. BS - the IRS is a law enforcement organization - they don't file suits. They contact you about tax maters first, then they have the legal authority to put liens on property or subpoena you to appear in tax court.
This SCAM is ridiculous but must work on some people. This is actually BLACKMAIL and should be stopped by law enforcement.
