I got multiple calls from some [***] piece of [***] going by the name "Richard Parker".

I called the number back and they say they are some cash advance company.  Needless to say, I've never done any business with them.

IF THESE PEOPLE CALL YOUR PHONE HANG UP THEY ARE WITH THE PEOPLE FROM PHONE NUMBER (516-490-0299). I AM NOT PLAYING WITH THESE PEOPLE I HAVE CONTACTED THE POLICE AND HAVE STARTED AN INVESTIGATION IF ANYBODY HAS HAD THESE PEOPLE CALL THEM PLEASE RESPOND..

I just got a phone call from these guys saying contact an attorney and call them back right NOW and that if I dont the chips will fall my on my shoulders?? Its sounds like an cross between an automated voive and sombody from India??

They are trying to scam you so tell them to put your number on their do not call list.

omg..i just got off the phone with this lady her name is angela anderson at 209-733-4980 xt 151.
she too threatened me with papers and the police at my door tomorrow morning if i didnt pay her 498.42.
i contacted an attorney in texas who i found online under collections law and he told me that these people are fraudulent and that their unprofessionalism in providing info is the game they play to scare us into giving them our credit card information. This is a SCAM do not give them your credit card number even if they have your social security number and work and references because NO  legitimate company would ever dare call anyone up and threaten them over the phone with a foreign accent and try to bully you. i almost fell for this, but i called my cash advance center and they told me that my account is in good standing and that these people are a fraud who obtained my info via a fraudulent payday loan site...unfortunately, for every legitimate site out there, there are about 3 or 4 sites that fish our info and then call and try to scam us. the attorney said that if we even entertain them with fear, they will continue to call and harrass us. We have to tell them that they are not getting one cent from us and to be firm and harsh and call them frauds and scam artists and to never call us back again. they can't do anything but threaten because they are vultures trying to get our money from our accounts.

James (different first name with Indian Accent)
and everytime i called the various numbers they just picked up the phone and said "who's this" or "what number are you calling from?"
