omg..i just got off the phone with this lady her name is angela anderson at 209-733-4980 xt 151.
she too threatened me with papers and the police at my door tomorrow morning if i didnt pay her 498.42.
i contacted an attorney in texas who i found online under collections law and he told me that these people are fraudulent and that their unprofessionalism in providing info is the game they play to scare us into giving them our credit card information. This is a SCAM do not give them your credit card number even if they have your social security number and work and references because NO legitimate company would ever dare call anyone up and threaten them over the phone with a foreign accent and try to bully you. i almost fell for this, but i called my cash advance center and they told me that my account is in good standing and that these people are a fraud who obtained my info via a fraudulent payday loan site...unfortunately, for every legitimate site out there, there are about 3 or 4 sites that fish our info and then call and try to scam us. the attorney said that if we even entertain them with fear, they will continue to call and harrass us. We have to tell them that they are not getting one cent from us and to be firm and harsh and call them frauds and scam artists and to never call us back again. they can't do anything but threaten because they are vultures trying to get our money from our accounts.

and everytime i called the various numbers they just picked up the phone and said "who's this" or "what number are you calling from?"

this same phone number called us 4 times and said the same thing, we are attorny and threaten me with a law suite. and that cops will show up at my door with papers. they have taken $550 from my bank account. we are investagating it at this time.
I was receiving phone calls from a different number before, now it is this from this number. The persons always have a Middle Eastern accent but Americanized names. They call my cell and my home leaving harrassing messages, stating that the minute I receive the call DO NOT disregard, or I will face dire consequences. When I called back and requested a verification of debt, they hung up on me. I called back, they played music in my ear. Called back a final time and repeated my request and the guy said " F*** you" and hung up in my ear. I plan on ignoring them, although it is VERY annoying and frustrating. I did file a complaint with the FTC, but so far have heard nothing. These people make me sick!!!
I was told that if I didn't call them back they would get an attorney!!! Ha Ha on them I am an attorney!!
You better get your facts correct!! I have contacted the FBI All phone calls are being monitored!!!!
By the way I will press charges to the fullest extent of the law!
