unauthorized charge

I too had an unauthorized charge yesterday from thelilacvalley.com.  their customer service number (209)779-5640 gets you a recording with a barely understandable foreign-sounding voice which tells you the customer service line is presently unavailable.

Same exact thing.

I too, had an unauthorized charge of $4.70. I tried calling the # and I couldn't understand a word that was said!

Me to, and unfortunately my bank will only reverse charges of $10 or more so I have to eat it plus replace my card and update all my auto pays.
