Scam. Said I owed $4200 on pay day loan but could pay $350 a month to pay it off. Refused to give me my address, who the loan was through. Which store I went to and refused to follow the FDCPA and send me validation. Told me to go to hell.

This number is listed in a scam email I have been recieving, trying to collect money.  "Harry Faunker" is who the email is from, stating I took out a loan in 2014 and never paid it back.  The company he represents is Ace Cash Services which he says owns several pay day loan companies.  He says I took a loan from Cashnet USA.  He keeps threatening legal action, saying it has been sent to the courts and has gone as far as emailing me an arrest warrant.  No full address is ever given in any emails, and in case you do not know, no legitimate arrest warrant or court service papers will ever be emailed to you.

This number was listed in an email, [email protected], with the title Manager Eric Nelson. The email was poorly constructed and had many grammatical errors. They also addressed me as Dear Debtor, how unprofessional,  no one does that.

Heavily accented male answered stating that we had forfeited on a loan to a Cash Loan Internet company. I requested all documentation and he hung up.
