This number is listed in a scam email I have been recieving, trying to collect money. "Harry Faunker" is who the email is from, stating I took out a loan in 2014 and never paid it back. The company he represents is Ace Cash Services which he says owns several pay day loan companies. He says I took a loan from Cashnet USA. He keeps threatening legal action, saying it has been sent to the courts and has gone as far as emailing me an arrest warrant. No full address is ever given in any emails, and in case you do not know, no legitimate arrest warrant or court service papers will ever be emailed to you.
These English-challenged clowns are past the point of a "friendly" resolution with this browbeating letter, which distorts legal process and fails to provide disclosures required per the FDCPA. They also think that everyone is afraid of "the courthouse". I'd be happy to meet them there and watch them burn as my "consistently ignorant" defendants.
funny i actually got similar emails as t for the exact same dollar amount and it provided the same phone number funny thing is though the address for their office belongs to Ace hardware in redding, ca...stupid scam artists. the best part is the fact that i am a collateral recovery specialist(aka-a collector)by profession for over 28 years how stupid are these people?
