I found this number on another site where someone said this number had left a message saying they were IRS but when I answered this number a man named Billy said he from SSI/Disability & could get me up to $2600 & I informed him that I didn't think I needed his help since I am waiting on a hearing & he told me to have a blessed day.

SSI is a program run by the Social Security Administration. What you will receive is determined by them and pretty much etched in stone. Anyone calling you claiming they can get more for a "fee" is lying. I'm guessing he had either an Indian or Pakistani accent? The "have a blessed day" gives him away.
