Ronald J Smith is a con artist and he is very dangerous to be around. He pretends to be a lot of people, so you should be very careful. He can talk a good game and that's the scary part about it.

this is now my second call from one of these now its a John Davis calling from supposed Baltimore Maryland 301-494-4953 which is not a Maryland area code. I called it back no answer just a message machine. When I look this area code up it isnt the area code for Baltimore. Just be aware in case you receive the same call.
