Who called from 2098463388

I have received calls from 1-209-846-3388, 1-209-992-4928 and 1-209-817-8236.  When I answer they hang up.  It is getting very tiresome.  I now monitor all my calls.

Looking for "Miles per hour freak."
Mentions that it's not a telemarketing call and asks for 5-digit zip code for verification.
While caller ID shows 209-846-3388, call back number given was 877-236-5791.

Received phone call from 209-846-3388 and said this a debt collector kind of weird because we owe no one but it did say to call 877-236-5791.

Calls from 12098463388... Answered once and confirmed it was my name (mistake) I thought it was for a job since I am out of work at the time. Come to find out it is RPM collecting on a debt from years back. I didn't know what RPM was, researched and now I do... They call multiple times a day and with many different numbers. They did call prior asking for someone else that I don't know, threatend to repo her car.

got a call from this number several times. Picked it up and it's a collection agency for a debt I'd never heard of. Put the number on block.
