Who called from 2098904120

Calls a lot. I don't answer. No message left.

Called and left a message full of background noise. So tired of these calls continually everyday 4-5 times a day.

I called this number back and got a recording stating number not in service. so whoever is using this number is most likely a scammer. Don't bother answering.
