Who called from 2102098524

I got the same email others have gotten from 210 209-8524 only I was suspicious from the start. I googled the phone number and eventually got this site. Thank you everyone

In response to a craig's list ad, I received an email from Larry Moore with 210-209 8524 as a phone number.  Exact email is very similar to the one posted here from JK 25Jun 2009.  As this email and phone number seem to be used often in response to craig's list ads, what is craig's list doing about this?

What I have learned from this 210 209 8525 response to my craigslist ad and a subsequent similar inquiry from another party is....if the initial inquiry does not mention specifically my for sale item or some detail that individualizes the response, I delete it.  Inquiries like..Can you tell me the status of your craigslist ad?...seem to be generic statements that can be sent out to thousands. Let someone ask what color is your couch, or what size is your coat in the initial inquiry for me to answer.

I received the same word-for-word email and phone # (no name) even after I stated in the ad that the tickets I have for sale are E-tickets and I only accept PayPal for payment. Glad I Googled the phone #.
