Check YOUR PayPal account to see if the money is actually there. DO NOT ACCEPT one he claims is paid. DO NOT wire money either. That is as good as cash & will disappear!!
This is an ongoing SCAM. The "shipper" is actually the scammer.

1. You tell us more about what is happening. Are you selling a car to this guy?
-- If you are selling a car, be aware that PayPal requires proof of delivery. How will you get that proof?
2. Are you SURE PayPal is processing the payment? Is it the REAL PayPal, or did you just get an email from "PayPal" saying the process has started?
