Above comment couldn't be edited so I'll add further comments here ... the number is actually assigned to the San Antonio Federal Credit Union, who I just spoke with. A scammy telemarketer is spoofing their number using VoIP and they are aware and working with the FBI to track down the scammers and stop the calls.
Called I didn't recognize the number let the machine pick up & after 30 seconds of silence they hung up. I have no accounts with SACU & never have had one. Hope the FBI figures this out soon.
