Secondly, write a letter to the CEO and to the President of San Antonio Federal Credit Union and let them know what is going on so that they can be fully aware of it.
Received a call from them yesterday and today. They "needed more information about car loan". I told them to call my wife. When they called again today I told them I would have to get back to them. I asked my wife and we never submitted for a loan to refinance. They knew who we can loan with and year of car and everything.
I received this call right after I applied for an auto loan with SACU. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. They left a message asking for a call back to 210-258-1987. I figured this was about my loan. I called that number back and it went to a voicemail with no details, just to leave a message and someone would return my call.
