Some woman in a call center that sounded Indian. She said she was from some diabetic research place or something along those lines and then asked if anyone in the household was diabetic. When I said no, she never responded, yet the line stayed active for another 30 seconds...this was the fourth time before 2:30 they had called, so i finally answered.
Just got a call from a very nice Asian sounding girl from this number who called herself Ashley Green. She said she was doing research for a company looking to expand to Norway. Was a dubious call so I got on here straight away to check it. BINGO, bullcrap!
This number called me several times over several days. I did not answer. They never left a message.Then for several days I picked up the phone several times and did not answer. This number called me so again so for the last three days I have picked up the phone and told them in no uncertain terms not to call my number again. Thje person I spoke to this morning told me it was Medicare; when I asked why Medicare would be calling me, she hung up. All of the callers have had foreign accents. I too am on the no call list.
I just got a call from this number.
A woman asked me if xxxx was my last name.
She said she would ask me three questions.
I became suspicious and began to ask her who she was, which company she worked for, and what city and country she was calling from.
She said a name (sorry I can not remember), a company (sorry I can not remember) and she phoned from Los Angeles.
Then she began to ask personal questions about me.
I told her that i would not answer personal questions.
Then she asked why not.
Because it is personal, I replied.
Then she wished me a nice day and hung up.
I live in Norway and really wonder what this woman was looking for here in Norway.
Can anyone give me any information about what she was looking for?
