Never give your credit card info to anyone over the phone unles it's a company you deal with and you called them. I would keep an eye on your credit card bill if I were you.

the number 210-280-8487 keeps calling my cell phone and hangs up

me too and when you call it back it says Not in service

Received a call today, a recorded message from them said that I could win or will get a free cruise to Bahamas in return for my answers to 10 questions.  I hung up here.

I had the same experience.  The message even said this was an automated call.  I hung up at the same place you did.
