this is a scam dont give any info they are trying to contact another person through my number saying am that person. they are full of it.

they email me and ask for my phone number and told me i owe the cost 1900 dollars and i need to pay them by friday  on a green dot call the lady name julia roberston and said she was a police office look for me and i need to pay all this money by friday

This is a SCAM probably originating in INDIA.  DO NOT PAY THEM!!! You will not be arrested/put in jail.  The only official notification IF you actually did owe money is by written notice delivered by mail or a court officer.  She is breaking American laws by CLAIMING to be a police officer.   She is probably a pathetic person stuck in a little room trying to scam honest people.  This scam has many phone numbers.  Do not fall for it!!  The green dot card is an automatic RED FLAG - it is like cash & can not be retrieved if sent to the scammer.  DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!!
