You are wrong. There are MANY OTHER insulin pp providers. Al if which wouldn't exist if it weren't for the minimed technology. They are THE FIRST and best pump out there. The customer service is better than average but WHERE do you get great customer service? My dentist and veterinarian, small business owners. Don't [***] without reason. Minimed doesn't have to kiss your [***] for your business. Quit bitching and switch pumps. Frank
It is Medtronics - I am a diabetic but have told them repeatedly I am not interested in their products. They call every few months in a spam-like way...annoying!
From Medtronic Minimed. They are an awesome company and have made a tremendous difference for hundreds of thousands of patient's with diabetes and make insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitoring system that monitors blood sugars every 5 minutes.
Not an awesome company, just the only "real" choice available. Their products and support are crap 85% of the time, but once you buy in, you are committed.
Not true. There are many other options in pump supplies. I have chosen Minimed for 20 years now and have many stories of how their products and services are better than "crap 85% of the time." If you don't like them, make a switch!
