Spam call checking to see if it's an active phone number. Don't call back. You will get an automated message asking if you want to be removed.(Confirming it is a working number)
I, too, blocked 210-405-0185 after numerous calls. Today (6/1/2016) they called using 11-210-405-0185, which I cannot block. I seriously doubt that if CPS Energy knew the tactics being used, that they would want their name associated with these scammers.
