The number reported and 210 210 245 2519 are both the same call center IMO. IMO the calls are routed out of the country and back in to hide the true operators and blur jurisdictional questions. (Remember that caller ID can be set to whatever the operator of the e-trunk desires.) Also keep in mind that phone connections can be rented by the month from various service providers - so once an investigation closes in, the calling org simply folds their tent and moves to another call provisioning center (CPC). Payments from scam operators that can't avoid being paid (like renting those phone lines) are usually through banks in the Bahamas or St. Kits / Nevis (EG; Good luck finding out who opened the account!). If deposits / payments are made this way, CPCs and such should be extra vigilant - your customer might be a scammer. (And if the CPC is out of the US, some simply do not care if it is a scammer as long as their bill is paid.)
Unfortunately these people are not a big priority for law enforcement and the only real way to stop them is to use a device or software that requires a PIN to make your phone ring.
They call every day dispite me telling them to remove me from list and today the man yelled at me and told me to shut up! Obviously extremely professional. Sarcasm
