These guys are frauds. the BBB has an F rating for them. They are listed on hundreds of websites for illegal harassment and they are breaking the law and violating the FDCPA. Ignore their calls or if you answer, let them know it is being recorded and your State Attorney General will be notified of their illegal activities. Then hire a lawyer and sue them.
I just recieved a call also from this number. The man was very nasty. When I tried to explain to him he had the wrong person he got mad. I never wrote any checks, I dont use checks. This is a scam. I'm broke as hell. Get you another fool.....!!!
yes they keep calling me threating me but they stated bank fraud so i know they aren't for real have'nt had a bank account in years and don't deal with banks so i'm just waiting for them to call again. the women said her name was invistigator Hodge. and also threatened me.
this is a collection company for cash call. They called and threaten me by having me arrested and alot of other scary tactics. They said i wrote a check to them and I didnt. They need to be stopped. Their tactics are way above the law.

I received a call from this company today stating I wrote a ck a long long time ago and I have no record or it. I asked for proof in writing but said they could not do this. Very alarming to think one may fall for this.
