These guys are frauds. the BBB has an F rating for them. They are listed on hundreds of websites for illegal harassment and they are breaking the law and violating the FDCPA. Ignore their calls or if you answer, let them know it is being recorded and your State Attorney General will be notified of their illegal activities. Then hire a lawyer and sue them.
This is the second time I have recived a phone call from these people at 210-446-4722. The lady stated she was from the Federal Processing Services. I was told that I was going to get arrested and sent to court for writing a bad check to a payday loan company. I simply asked them if they can please send me a copy of the payday loan agreement and a copy of the check I wrote to them. The lady stated they can't do that and that they can send me a copy of the letter they have. I stated that was rediculous and that if this is indeed something I needed to repay, I deserve the right to be supplied with correct documentation. Then the lady stated I was being hostile and that the phone call was being recorded and that I better not talk to her that way. I asked her to please stop calling me and press charges then because I was not paying them or giving them any information over the phone unless they can send me the documentation I have a right to. She then proceeded to be very nasty and hung up the phone on me.
Message says im being investigated by feds as well as my county on fraud n theft n if i dont return the call charges will be filed. I know this is untrue n a scam i fell for this once n paid off something that didnt exist but not again! Its actually illegal for them to be doing this.
I am experiencing the same thing as the other person who left a comment. They have been harrassing me for over a year. They are calling family members, even my grandmother who is almost 90, asking for me and telling them I am involved in having fraud checks with my social security number. Also, they have left this kind of info on my voicemail and my parents voicemail. They have even gone as far to call my sister's ex-husband in California when I live in Florida. I don't know where they are finding out who my relatives are and their phone numbers. I know I never would have listed them as references. They are trying to get money for payday loans I have never received. In addition, the debts they are trying to collect are much higher than the original amounts they claim I borrowed. I receive calls non-stop from them. They have the nerve to be rude and talk over you so you can't speak. This is so frustrating, disturbing and humiliating. I just filled out a report online with the FTC and will be sending this company a cease and desist letter. If it doesn't stop, I am filing a lawsuit. There have been a Teresa and Thomas that have called me.
DO NOT pay any money to this company.I contacted the FTC today.This company does not exist it is a scam that the FTC is investigating for fruad a debt collector must contact you in writing via mail email is not allowed by law.Please contact the FTC with any phone numbers associated with them also call your State Attorney Generals Office.
