Husband just received a call from 210-485-4595 asked for him by nickname and said they had a Summons they needed to serve him when he said for what they said they needed to serve him and needed some informations he said no you tell me whats it for and they stuttered and he hung up. I called the number back and a women called and answered MSP Process Servers. Its a Texas # and I told her I had a missed call she said what was the number they called you on so I can locate they file....I hung up...
Some wannabe collector called me and started his sorry [***] talk of with a summons. Explained to said clown I have almost 20 years of collecting experience and asked what summons are you serving over the phone ! He panicked and said we'll just serve you. What a joke ! I called the number back and dude has majic jack.
They called and said to call 877-902-8046 with a ref # because there is a summons out for me if I don't call. Previously, the caller from this number gave me a name for who the 877 number is, I looked them up and there was what looked to be a dummy website, 1 or 2 webpages. When I called 210 number back, I got a recording saying that the "Magic Jack" customer was unavailable, both times..
Just had a call from "Rodney Watson" From Nationwide Private Search.
He said he needed me to relay a message to a person, where there is a complaint filed against him. He told me to write down a 877 number as well as a reference number, and that it was very important that I relay the message.
