Husband just received a call from 210-485-4595 asked for him by nickname and said they had a Summons they needed to serve him when he said for what they said they needed to serve him and needed some informations he said no you tell me whats it for and they stuttered and he hung up. I called the number back and a women called and answered MSP Process Servers. Its a Texas # and I told her I had a missed call she said what was the number they called you on so I can locate they file....I hung up...
I received a call from this number today, stating I owe Verizon from 2004-2007. Chris H gave me a toll-free number to call back, but my wife and I decided to call Verizon (wireless and residential) and find out if I did indeed owe anything. Since I don't owe them anything, I'll be reporting this to my local FBI field office and putting a freeze on my credit.
These sharks are a nuisance!!! They call everybody they think may know you. If they wanted us so bad why not just attempt to deliver the summons???? STUPID!!!!!
got a call from these people for my ex husband who i have been divorced from for over a decade. he had a heavy accent and was very vague, i blocked their number and put them on the reject list! scammers.
Just got a call from a woman at phone number 210-485-4595 stating that legal action was being taken against me and I need to get a pen and paper to write down the reference number. She didn't identify herself or the company she was working for. I asked what this was regarding and she said she didn't have that information, then the phone magically disconnected. I called back a moment later and a guy answered with "hello?". Seems totally legit. (heavy sarcasm)
