Just called this afternoon, Sunday, at 445PM. Caller ID said Out of Area so I didn't answer. They left no message. From the previous posts, it's the Fraternal Order Of Police. They have a lot of nerve to call on a Sunday! Anyway, the FOP is NOT a charity. It is a labor union organization. Any money given to them goes to the telemarketer making the call, the salaries of the Union bosses, and then to pay the Union dues of officers disabled in the line of duty. So, none of it really goes to help anyone needy.
