call came in from division 1 care services and gave this number to call. then they said i had committed check fraud and was going to be served papers to go to court unless we paid them. next day our bank account had unauthorized purchases on it.
I received a call from a person Derrick King looking for me to come in and answer some question into an investigation and a NY State Police Officer will come and pick me up and bring me back to my job. After I kept asking questions he hung up. He is harrassing the switch board operators as well.
If they continue to bother you, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.
This is a total scam most likely coming from a group of white collar criminals working out of someone's house. Don't know for certain but I believe they are located somewhere in the Carolinas.
Derek king called my work from 561-284-4633,claiming I had committed a white collar crime and if I didn't pay $512 immediately a warrant for my arrest would be issued and have a $20,000 bail. Said his badge number was 527. Said there was a court Marshall waiting outside my work for me. Scam! Hung up on him. Somebody needs to arrest this fool.
