call came in from division 1 care services and gave this number to call. then they said i had committed check fraud and was going to be served papers to go to court unless we paid them. next day our bank account had unauthorized purchases on it.
This just happened to me today. "Federal agent Derek king, badge number 527" called my work and said I committed a white collar crime. When I probed him for details he was vague, and said agents were waiting to arrest me if I didn't play $507. I told him I would stay on the phone until the cops came and he said I was free to do so, then hung up on me.
