I ask what legal affairs I have and a guy with an Indian accent started to yell and scream just because I ask what outstanding affairs I have and i was on to him he hung up

Yep. He called and asked for $3000 or the police would be at my home in 2 hours to arrest me. I asked a few questions  and after telling me to not hang up.  He then hung up after I said I would call the I R S direvtlu

I am getting the same type of calls from this number.  The day before, I got a call from a Colorado number with a similar threat and the day before that, it was a make believe IRS agent from a DC number.

Don't fret. This is an awful scam.
