Whatever happened to the Do not call list?!

This number belongs to Quality Mechanical Air Solutions. I looked them up on the Better Business Bureau and they have an A+ rating.

Left message saying I'd requested service or they'd done service... used my ex's name who has never lived there!

Stop Calling

It seems that the DO NOT CALL list is worthless.  If they have an A+ rating with the BBB, the rating needs to be changed.  
When will someone realize that when they ignore my wishes by ignoring the DO NOT CALL list that I believe they will ignore my wishes if we do business ?
