Gave their name as "Nationwide Insurance" (but return calls are answered as "Health Enrollment Service"), with a toll-free head office number of 1 (800) 905-9351, based out of (she said) Pompano Beach, Florida. The toll-free number actually connects to "Modern Health Benefits". The first drone immediately lied to me saying I had "applied for health insurance online" (yet had no other information than my phone number). I'll probably try to get a meat-eating lawyer from the actual Nationwide Insurance on them.
I called back and the recording said they were from the Health and Wellness Center. It prompted me to press 1 if I would like to speak to an agent regarding purchasing healthcare and I could afford at least $100 per month. It then prompted me to press 9 for all other reasons. I pressed 9 to see if I could get off of their list, but when I did it immediately hung up on me. I've also never requested a quote on health insurance.
